How can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your order has been placed and is being processed, we’re unable to modify the items or cancel the order, as we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at support@shopsvenka.com. While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, we’ll do our best to assist you.

When will my order ship out?

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, but due to high demand, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Can I expedite my shipping?

How much is the shipping fee?

We offer free tracked shipping for all orders within United States.

My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

We do not accept exchanges, but we do for returns.
